EPMI startup was in 2010. The initial focus was on energy performance data and measurement systems, primarily for buildings and building sectors. By 2014, the proliferation of building energy performance measurement systems makes development of individual systems less needed.
Instead, energy performance measurement systems for states or countries are the next frontier and are covered
in a limited fashion here.
